In addition to the Rickenbacker Trick on swapping high and low strings in some of the octave pairs, I've been playing with unison strings on everything but the middle two pairs. So, for a 12-string guitar in standard tuning, here's what the pairs look like starting at the first, highest pair. Note that small letters are an octave higher than capital letters:
